This Privacy Policy describes our information practices and the choices available to you regarding our use of information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Data"), and addresses our use of information collected through this website (the "Site"). We will only collect and use information from you as described in this Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to any third parties.

1. The Data We Process; Purposes of Processing

Depending on how you interact with us, we process different kinds of data and in different ways. Some data is automatically processed if you visit our Site. Other data is only processed if you actively submit it to us (like using our web forms to get in touch with us).

Data we process if you visit our Sites:

Even if you are only a visitor our Site, your computer or device automatically sends technical information to our web servers that we store in log files, including the following "Website Usage Data":

Account Data: You can set up an account or register as a new user with your e-mail address and a password you create. If SMS text emails are among the Services offered by us and you desire to receive, this information will also include a text phone number. We collect this information in order establish or maintain a communication and business relationship with you as per your request to us.

Transaction Data: In relation to purchases you may make at the Site, we process information that may include some Personal Data. Again, this is information that we collect pursuant to your request and necessary to further the business relationship you have requested of us:

In order to respond to your request, we will process your IP address and contact data as well as the contents of your request. We will delete this data as soon as we have complied with your request.

Survey Data: From time to time we may conduct surveys in respect of our products and services. Participation in our surveys is optional. However, if you respond to one of our surveys, you may provide us with personal information about you. Unless you otherwise consent, we will only use this information to determine the types of Products that may be of interest to you and to operate and improve our Product offerings. Business Transactions: In the event we go through a business transaction such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or a sale of all or a portion of its assets to which this Privacy Policy relates, your information will likely be among the assets transferred and, in such case, you will be notified in advance via email and/or a prominent notice on our Sites of such change in ownership or a change in the use of your Personal Data, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Data (including, if applicable, your right to object to such transfer).

Public Authorities: Although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or litigation or other legal process or action (whether or not initiated by us) to protect our, our users' or third parties' rights, property or safety. 3. Timeframe for Keeping Data

We process and store your Personal Data as long as necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual or legal obligations. Thus, we store the data as long as our contractual relationship with you as our customer obliges us to do so. After termination of our contract or relationship, we will store Personal Data only to the extent and for as long as applicable law requires. All other data will be deleted immediately when you, as a customer or registered user, unsubscribe from our Products, Site or other services. Customers may update, delete, access, or change their account information by editing their user profile. To update a user profile, login to your account and click on "My Account". If you have signed up to receive marketing emails from us, you can opt-out of receiving future marketing emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" option located at the bottom of the marketing email you wish to opt out of. This Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally collect any information from any individuals under the age of 18.
